  I cannot speak highly of Andrew Stanish, of North Solar. I live on the Mid North Coast of NSW. By a lucky fluke I found his company when I was in a dilemma about my solar hot water system. Andrew answered his phone at midday on a Saturday and communicated with me that afternoon by phone, text, and email. He provided me with clear information, pictures, and diagrams. Over the next few weeks he promptly answered my queries, and clearly explained the information I needed to provide to my trades people.
  At no time did Andrew "push" any product. He gave me genuine, no strings support.
  After some deliberation it appeared that my best solution was to install a new system. Whilst I was very keen to purchase a North Solar system, my trades people were put off by the distance, in spite of Andrew's very clear information, instructions and offer of support.
  Throughout our dialogue he was highly professional and courteous, all the way to my disappointment at having to tell him I was not able to go ahead with his product.
  I strongly recommend using this outstanding company if at all possible, wherever you are. You will receive excellent advice, support, and a well priced product.
